The building that houses the apartment is a historic mansion (Palazzo Tommasi Fierli) dating back to the fifteenth century, which belonged to two of the great Cortonese families who contributed in making the city of Cortona famous and illustrious.

Tommasi Fierli apartment has been renovated to create a unique environment that is a wise and contemporary mix between the great Tuscan architecture and the most modern comforts: the ceilings with original wooden beams and bricks together with the hand-made terracotta floors respect the ancient traditions but create a harmonious contrast with the most modern details of the furnishings, with attention to the smallest details. The Jacuzzi and the Turkish bath will make your return home pleasant after a day spent discovering the city of Cortona and the most beautiful cities of Tuscany and Umbria, all of which can be reached during beautiful daily excursions. The 70 sqm apartment develops on one level, is located on the first floor and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

The living room also leads to the sleeping area consisting of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first of the two bedrooms is a romantic bedroom consisting of a double bed, a wardrobe and a beautiful exposed whirlpool bath. The room also enjoys a view over Piazza Signorelli.

The second bedroom has a wardrobe and a double bed which can be transformed into two single beds according to needs.

The sleeping area is completed by a modern bathroom with shower with Turkish steam bath with background music and chromotherapy.

The apartment is complete with free wi fi connection, air conditioning (on consumption) and heating (included in the price). Small size pets allowed and on request with extra charge. High chair and cot on request.
