Μονό δωμάτιο via Antonio Carnevali 100, Μιλάνο

Ampia stanza singola in zona Bovisa disponibile da subito. La stanza è dotata di balcone e di un divano letto. All'interno dell'appartamento è presente un'altra camera occupata da me, una cucina completamente nuova e un bagno con i sanitari appena cambiati. In tutte le stanze è presente una finestra.

L'appartamento si trova a pochi passi da Piazza Bausan, piazza principale del quartiere, e il Politecnico è raggiungibile in soli 8 minuti di cammino. Inoltre sono facilmente raggiungibili anche le altre zone della città grazie alla presenza di numerosi mezzi di trasporto nelle vicinanze. Le fermate più vicine sono quelle degli autobus 92 e 82. Poco più distante ma comunque a soli 11 minuti a piedi è presente anche la stazione di Milano Bovisa Politecnico, e la fermata Dergano della M3 a 15 minuti.

In zona ci sono vari supermercati, tra cui il Penny praticamente sotto casa e il Tigros poco più lontano. Non mancano farmacie, tabacchi, panifici, macellerie.
Per la sera ci sono anche vari locali simpatici raggiungibili a piedi, che se in casa finiscono le bottiglie di vino può sempre far comodo!

Ma non temete: se siete amanti dei luoghi silenziosi e poco trafficati, sappiate che, nonostante si trovi in una zona piuttosto viva, via Carnevali è un po' defilata e molto tranquilla.

The proposal consists in a broad room placed in the Bovisa district and it's now available. The room is equipped with a balcony and a double sofa-bed.
You’ll be sharing the apartment with me. There’s a second room, where I live, and a common kitchen, brand new. The common restroom has been just renovated with new fixtures. There’s a window in each room.

The apartment is placed next to the main square of the area, Piazza Bausan, where the line 92 bus has a stop. The main feature that I’d like to stress out is the proximity of the Politecnico of Milan, less than a ten-minute walk far from home.
In addition to the line 92 bus just mentioned, there’s a bunch of other public transports at reasonable walking distance from home. sThe most important is the train station of Milano Bovisa Politecnico (roughly 10 minutes), then the underground station of Dergano, line M3 (15 minutes). It also worths mentioning the line 82 bus stop (roughly 5 minutes).

The apartment is placed in a very well served area, despite being off the main roads, thus very quiet. There’s a couple of grocery stores very near, one of them quite literally below the house. Within the same area, at convenient walking distance, there’s a drugstore, a tobacconist, a bakery, a butcher’s shop. There’s also a variety of bars and restaurants… you’d never risk to run out of liquors!
