Casale Puglia Love is an old tuff farmhouse, built on two floors and embellished by typical barrel vaults, divided into three independent flats. The flats are wonderfully and uniquely distinguished by the typical colours of our land and have been divinely decorated with unique works of art that convey the unconditional love for a region of a thousand treasures.
The first flat on the ground floor is enhanced by warm shades of yellow, like the rays of the sun that constantly illuminate our land. It consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen.
The second flat, also on the ground floor, is dominated by red tones, just like the wide expanses of red earth of our Apulian countryside. Inside it welcomes you into a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a sofa bed.
The third flat, on the first floor, is a true dive into the blue, into that magical blue that characterises our crystal-clear sea. It consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen with a sofa bed. You will feel like you are living in a beautiful aquarium set among unique works of art, a magical atmosphere that will take you into an almost fairytale dimension.
Casale Puglia Love allows you to discover the joys of life in the open air, thanks to a beautifully landscaped garden with a patio where you can lunch, dine or enjoy moments of relaxation. From the terrace on the first floor you will enjoy a unique panorama: a landscape of silvery olive trees, fiery red earth, crystal blue sea and green hills will open up before your eyes.
Externally you will also find a large storage room with bathroom that could become your own workshop or office. While on the terrace you will have at your disposal a convenient laundry room.

Casale Puglia Love has been perfectly renovated with insulation, double masonry and underfloor igloos. The property has an air conditioning system, an alarm system with cameras, and completely made-in-Italy fittings. There is even a convenient car park for rent.
