This spacious and welcoming apartment with a large terrace is situated on the third floor of a building in the Oltrarno area, near Santo Spirito. Although there's no elevator, it's only a climb of 45 steps to reach it.

The apartment spans two levels and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Upon entering, you're greeted by a bright living area featuring a flat-screen TV, a double sofa bed (160 cm wide), and a dining table for six. A staircase from the living room leads to the terrace, partially covered by a wooden and glass structure, furnished with a small outdoor table, chairs, and a hammock.

On the first level, after the living room and staircase, you'll find a spacious and well-equipped kitchen. A corridor from the kitchen leads to the first bedroom, which has a single bed (90 cm wide) that can be transformed into a double if needed. Continuing down the corridor, you'll reach the second bedroom with a double mattress (160 cm wide), and two bathrooms, both complete with showers.

The apartment is equipped with independent heating and air conditioning, with four total splits: one in the living room, one in each bedroom, and one in the covered part of the terrace.

Included in the price are utilities (for stays up to 30 days), final cleaning, towels and sheets, condominium fees, and agency fees. However, the tourist tax, as well as utilities for longer stays exceeding 30 days and the security deposit, are not included and have separate conditions.

The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant, one towel and linen change per guest and final cleaning. Additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee.
