Appartamento moderno situato proprio accanto al Duomo e alla famosa via Tornabuoni. L'appartamento ha 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni può ospitare fino a 6 persone.
Situato al terzo piano, con ascensore (6 gradini prima dell'ascensore e altri 5 dopo l'uscita) di un edificio moderno risalente agli anni '70. A pochi passi si trova la piazza che ospita il famoso Duomo di Firenze. Essere nel cuore del centro storico della città consente di visitare tutti i monumenti comodamente a piedi. Troverete anche molti negozi (in particolare su via Tornabuoni), bar e tutti i servizi di una città moderna.

Questo appartamento moderno (200 mq) è disposto internamente su due livelli. Appena entrati nell'appartamento sarete accolti dalla luminosa zona giorno, che si affaccia sulla cupola del Duomo di Firenze. Sulla vostra destra si trova la cucina ben attrezzata e da qui, in un ripostiglio separato, troverete la lavatrice che è anche asciugatrice. Il soggiorno che trovate entrando nella casa è anche una sala da pranzo con un tavolo per 8 persone. Da questo livello è possibile salire 12 gradini di una scala che porta al piano superiore dove c'è un altro piccolo soggiorno, con finestre sul tetto, dotato di due divani. Qui si trova anche la prima camera da letto matrimoniale (larghezza del materasso 160 cm - letti non divisibili). Questa camera non è separata da porte o pareti e si affaccia direttamente sul soggiorno del livello superiore. Sempre su questo livello si trova il primo bagno con vasca.
Tornando al soggiorno, al piano inferiore, è possibile accedere ad un altro soggiorno attraverso un'arcata dove si trova la TV a schermo piatto. Da questa stanza è possibile salire 10 gradini che vi porteranno alla seconda camera da letto dove il soffitto è alto 1,65 metri (larghezza del materasso 160 cm - letti non divisibili), che si affaccia sul soggiorno al piano di sotto. Modern apartment located just next to the Duomo and the famous via Tornabuoni. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it can accommodate up to 6 people.
Located on the third floor, with elevator (6 steps before the elevator and other 5 after getting out of it) of a modern building that dates back to the 1970's. Right next you will find the square that houses the famous Duomo of Florence. Being in the heart of the historic city center allows you to visit all the monuments comfortably on foot. You will also find many shops (especially on via Tornabuoni), bars and all the services of a modern city.

This modern apartment (200 sq. mt- 2152 sq.ft) is laid out on two levels. As you enter the apartment you will be welcomed by the bright living area, that overlooks the dome of the Duomo of Florence. On your right is the well equipped kitchen and from here, in a separate storage room, you will find the washing machine that is also dryer. The livingroom that you access by entering the house is also dining room with a table for 8 people. From this level you can climb 12 steps of a staircase that leads you to the upper floor where there is another small living room, with windows on the roof, provided with two sofas. Here is also the first double bedroom (mattress width 160 cm - cannot be divided). This bedroom is not separate by doors or walls and overlooks directly on the upper living room. Also on this level you will find the first bathroom with bathtub.
Going back to the livingroom downstairs you can access another living room, though an arch, in which you will find a flat screen TV. From this room you can climb 10 steps that will lead you to the second bedroom where the ceiling is 1.65 meters high (mattress width 160 cm - cannot be divided), that overlooks the living room downstairs. Going back to the lower level you will find a corridor that leads to the third bedroom (mattress width 160 cm - cannot be divided) that can be closed with a sliding door. At the end of the corridor there is the second bathroom, with shower, and a room with wardrobes that provides space for clothing and pieces of luggage.
