Le stanze arredate con cura, con bagni, cucina nuovissima con tutti gli elettrodomestici, terrazzo e giardino, a 50m da Palazzo Nuovo (centro). Il prezzo comprende affitto, pulizia dei bagni e delle parti comuni, internet WiFi, TV, arredamento, acqua e spese condominiali. In piu' c'e' solamente l'energia elettrica e il gas (circa 30 euro mese) e il riscaldamento in inverno. E richiesta una cauzione pari a una mensilita. Over the rent, there is only electricity and gas(about 30 euro month) and heating during the winter. It's needed a deposit equal to one month rent. At the moment the rooms are rented to girls and boys who study at the university or at their first job experience.
