Single room with private fridge (bathroom's weekly cleaning included) for rent in a residence for (hidden)/young workers in Portuense area, near the American University of Rome and convenient for Roma Tre University.
The residence has 30 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room and 17 bathrooms.

The one-time administration fee (different from the booking fee of the platform) covers different activities done before your arrival, at your arrival, and during your stay. These activities are:

- Maintenance before arrival
- Drafting the contract
- Assisted check in
- Keys at hand at check in
- Delivery of a ready-to-use room
- Monthly apartment cleaning
A payment request will be sent to you after the booking is confirmed.

IMPORTANT
It's not possible to check in/out outside of the schedule below or during a holiday (example: Christmas, New Year, Ester, Sundays, etc.). No exceptions will be made.

CHECK IN / OUT TIME:
Monday Friday: 9.30 - 18.00 (by appointment)
