COSTS

The administration fee is requested in order to cover:
-entrance fee
-contract registration tax
-stamps for contract registration
-final cleaning of the room
-final painting
-insurance
-contractual registration practice

It is possible to check-in from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 20.00 in the evening.
Please, note that check in on Saturdays and Sundays and during the week after 20.00 will be allowed only in exceptional cases and 60 euro extra will be charged (specified below as Optional Service Cost).
