Business located in an excellent neighborhood, densely populated, on the main road, no competition in the area, there is an external dehors to be used during the summer period.

Good takings (approximately €120,000 for bars/administration and approximately €20,000 today), furnishings and equipment in good condition and ready for use, currently there is an employee with an on-call contract.

Monthly rent of the premises equal to €1,300 + VAT, contract which will be transferred together with the company.
