The apartment has two double bedrooms with their armchairs, one of which with a mezzanine, a lounge/kitchen with a vintage fireplace, a corridor with a wide armchair and a bathroom with a huge shower + one additional suspended armchair. The house is very bright and super quiet, with two nice balconies (one present in the bedroom with the mezzanine, the other in the kitchen-dining room). At the bottom of the apartment passes tram no. 14 which takes you directly to the Duomo in 15 minutes, alternatively you can take bus 98 which passes 100 meters from the house and goes right to Bande Nere (5 minutes) where you'll find the red line of the metro. The rent is of 1600 euro including the waste, the agency, and the heating fees. The only additional fees for the tenants will be those relating to the water+electricity+gas (for hot water & cooking fires) but are very low (bills are available on demand).
