Room for rent in a shared apartment in via Aquilonia!

Furnished bedroom with new furniture featuring a comfortable bed, desk, TV aerial, shared bathroom, and private balcony. No linen nor blankets are provided.

The apartment consists of four single bedrooms with large beds (bedroom 2 and 4 with balcony), two renovated bathrooms, large kitchen with balcony, central heating, gas water heater, and no air conditioning. Located on the sixth floor with lift and porter. Area of Tiburtina and Prenstina, Metro area C.

The expenses included are condominium, waste charges, water, and internet. The expenses not included are electricity, gas, and heating. Only booking requests will be taken into consideration.

The contract registration fee is equal to 60 euros. This fee has to be paid at check-in.

This extra administration fee that I set covers other services that I provide, which are:
1. Welcome at check-in
2. Key at hand at check-in
3. Fee for the contract resolution after check out
4. Assistance during the whole length of your stay
Since this is a necessary fee, if it is not paid within 2 days after the check-in has been done, I will cancel the booking.
