The large and well organized desk is ideal for the most demanding students who need space to concentrate on their studies. Furthermore, the three-door wardrobe offers a practical solution for always keeping the bedroom tidy, allowing you to live in a serene and comfortable environment.

ROOM residence offers all its guests the comfort of apartments for 2 or 3 tenants and all the opportunities that a structure exclusively for students can offer both from the point of view of study and socialisation. Always in total safety thanks to the Dust Free ® filter which eliminates up to 99% of allergens, viruses, bacteria and odours.
The common areas are designed to encourage the interaction of children and the creation of collaboration opportunities that are very useful for attending university profitably.
