The property is in northern Lazio near the border with Tuscany and Umbria. It is located between the villages of Onano and Grotte di Castro 15 minutes drive North of Lake Bolsena. Driving time to Orvieto and motorway junction is approximately 40 minutes. Rome to the South and Siena to the North can be reached in less than 2 hours. The estate comprises 3 hectares of land on 3 levels. The old stone tower is located on the middle level and has been partially restored. Internally it measures 140 sq. meters spread over 3 floors. The tower dates back to the 18th century. Next to the tower there are one annex and 3 grottoes of approximately 110 square meters in total. One of them is an Etruscan ruin. None of them has been restored, but they could be easily converted into cellars or similar. The estate has 3 different sources of water supply: there is a private well, an agricultural output and local domestic supply. The 2 access roads are in good conditions, white road in the last stretch.
