Compulsory cleaning of the apartment is required at least once a month by a specific company in the sector.

RENTAL CONDITIONS: The monthly price includes electricity and gas utilities up to a ceiling of 200. If there is an excess, the extras will be deducted from the security deposit. Details will be specified on the rental contract.
The costs of condominium expenses, Wi-Fi, water and contract expenses are included in the monthly rent.

Early withdrawal: after at least a month, you can cancel with at least 30 days notice from the last date of release of the property;
We apply a daily contract: the monthly payment is calculated on exact days and on the basis of 30 days: for example December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...;

LEASE:
