SOLO RAGAZZE - MINIMO 12 MESI. Offro all'inizio di via Piave una camera singola con balcone in appartamento con due bagni, cucina e salottino. Comodissimo per Venezia isola ma anche per Padova l'appartamento si trova all'inizio della via verso il centro di Mestre. Sono tutte camere singole con letto da una piazza e mezza e scrivania. (Non parlo bene l'italiano, preferisco parlare inglese, ma posso dare il contatto al collaboratore del proprietario.).

GIRLS ONLY FROM JULY 1ST 2024 - Looking for a replacement for a single room with a balcony in an apartment with two bathrooms, kitchen and sitting room. There's a direct bus (including a night bus) to Venice island about 200 m from the house, and it's also very convenient for Padua; the train station is about 10 minutes (900 m) away on foot. The apartment is located at the beginning of the road towards the center of Mestre. There is also a supermarket and a park nearby.
The bills (water, gas, trash, electricity) are collected bimonthly. The owner requires a 3 months deposit. In case of any questions please contact me:)
