The apartment has very wide spaces and it has been totally renovated in the latest years. It is furnished in a Modern Minimalistic Style and is made up of: Living Relax Entry Hall, wide Kitchen-Living Room, 6 bright Single Rooms, 2 Bathrooms and huge Terraces.

The apartment is settled in Via Umago 3 in the neighbourhood called Santissima Trinità, right behind the University Dorm of the University
of Padua Cornaro. It is also a few minutes away from the railway station, from the Old Town and from the University campuses.

The apartment is in a strategic place for the use of public transports: in the adjacent street, Via Buonarroti, you can catch many buses, while the tram stop is a few minutes walking, in Via Tiziano Aspetti. Moreover, in the neighbourhood there is any kind of service: the Supermarket Alì is 1 minute away, but in the area you can also find bars, restaurants, pizzerias, a Cinema and many other shops.

Besides, to the price of the room, 80 for our ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA will be added.

You will also have a (hidden) group of the apartment in case of need or emergency and to communicate with your Apartment Manager.
We will intervene with our technicians, so you will not have to worry about anything

The rental agreements are individual.
