This shared room is located on the first floor of a semi-detached house with terrace and garden. It is very convenient for students or young professionals. The university Politecnico di Milano Campus Bovisa which is easily reachable with the S6 stop Villapizzone 15 minutes. MM1 Rho Fiera 5 minutes, for MM2 Garibaldi 30 minutes.

The spacious house is modernly furnished and equipped. It is shared with 3 housemates. The house is surrounded by all services, restaurants, bars, pubs, MD supermarket, pharmacies, soccer field, tennis, gym. At about one kilometre from the apartment, you can take a wonderful walk or jog in the park of the WWF of Vanzago. A quiet village with all the comforts and services you need.

Registration contract cost 50 euro to be paid only once.

Type of contract: bi-weekly. Payment per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month.
