Situato al primo piano, luminoso e molto spazioso (200 mq di superficie) l'appartamento è dotato di un terrazzo abitabile di 30mq completamente arredato. È composto da cucina abitabile e totalmente equipaggiata, 3 Bagni e 9 stanze singole. L'appartamento è stato appena ristrutturato, creando spazi perfetti per le necessità degli studenti universitari.

OUR CONDITIONS:
