The apartment is located in a condominium, with concierge service only in the morning.
It is located just outside the restricted traffic area of the city center.

The neighborhood is lively and safe and everything is at your fingertips, from the essential services: supermarkets of supermarkets and small groceries open until late in the evening, shops of electrical appliances, household goods, banks, post office, garage and mechanics, to leisure services such as shops, ice cream parlors, cinema, theatre, gyms, hairdressers, bars, pizzerias, typical Italian and foreign restaurants and places for aperitifs. - 200,00 (VAT included) for final cleaning service.

IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send the required documents for the rental agreement directly to the property and pay the first installment of extra costs directly to the property (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.
