The apartment is on the 1st floor with lift, it is 4 minutes walking far from Eur Magliana metro station and has supermarkets, bars and pharmacies in the nearby.

The one-time administration fee (different from the booking fee of the platform) covers different activities done before your arrival, at your arrival, and during your stay. These activities are:

- Maintenance before arrival
- Drafting the contract
- Assisted check in
- Keys at hand at check in
- Delivery of a ready-to-use room
- Monthly apartment cleaning
A payment request will be sent to you after the booking is confirmed.

IMPORTANT
It's not possible to check in/out outside of the schedule below or during a holiday (example: Christmas, New Year, Ester, Sundays, etc.). No exceptions will be made.

CHECK IN / OUT TIME:
Monday Friday: 9.30 - 18.00 (by appointment)
