Villa Boyer - Period Villa on a Tuscan hill

A stunning period Italian style villa, situated on Tuscan hillside surrounded by greenery, 20 minutes from Pisa Airport, 5 minutes from Livorno and 15 minutes from Costa degli Etruschi’s beach.

The villa is in the best residential area south of Livorno, in the small village of Parrana San Martino. The village has basic shopping facilities – 10 minutes walking distance - and a bus stop to the main town; it is surrounded by other hills and it offers a great view on the Tuscan countryside.

The villa is over a century old and has some beautiful original features to be restored. Its history reveals that some interesting people lived here and/or are related to the place; among these are the poetess writer Angelica Palli and the Boyer Family. N.B.
