Located in the hearth of the historical center of Florence the Art and Luxury Home was created to enjoy unique experiences and accompany our guests through the wonderful Italian and Tuscan culture. Our goal is to promote Italian style and elegance around the World.
The Home library is dedicated to Italian excellence. A red thread guides the visitor through the best fashion designers, including Italian myths such as Alfa Romeo or Ferrari, up to the history of the Vespa and Moto Guzzi, without neglecting wining and dining.
The Art And Luxury Home offers a modern and intriguing design. The interior design is characterized by attention to extreme detail where every little accessory has been designed to amaze and pamper the guest.
The concept is a combination of creativity and elegance and the combination of shades of pastel whites to warm reds gives intense color effects.
The identity of The Home is visible in the lounge bar designed as a relaxing place, bathed in light from the windows with cosy sofas. A shared well equipped kitchen is available for all guests as well as an outdoor terrace lounge for Spring and Summer.
The Home is ideal for the student or the professional planning to stay 6 to 36 months in the hearth of the historical center of Florence, by the Duomo.
Our rooms all with en suite marble bathrooms are unique and original. Furnished with quality parquet floors, and works of contemporary artists, all rooms are preciously furnished, thanks to ivory, white or anthracite color that enhance the guests’ senses. Choice of room cleaning service, dry cleaning and garage is possible at extra cost.

Apartment with private Kitchen, private en suite marble Jacuzzi at 1.250€/month plus utilities on use. Laundry Room with washing machine and dryer. Terrace of 40 square meters with sofas and tables to work or lounge during spring and summer.

Utilities are upon consumption: ruffly 230€/month/room and include all extra costs like water, electricity, fast wi-fi and condominium. Available from mid May 2024: non smoking, no pets allowed. No Agency costs.
