Welcome to my unique, funky, accommodation in Palermo.
It's a 56 sqm flat, stocked with a mix of quirky vintage furniture and is composed as follow:
A kitschy 70s dining room with sofa bed and Tv.
A small kitchenette with fridge, washing machine, gas stove and sink.
A spacious bedroom with decor from 50s.
A bathroom with shower and bathtub.
A nice balcony with some greenery, where you can enjoy your morning coffee
2 strong inverter Air Conditioner (hot/cold air).
Fast internet up to 1 giga (Wind super fibra), small desk with comfortable chair for work long hours, plus traditional moka pot!

The apartment is outside the LTZ zone and even if the street is mostly made up of blue lines parking (paid parking) if you are lucky and find an empty spot, you can park for free :) Contact me and I will be happy to give you all the info you need to know about this.

To best manage your expectations:
My apartment is situated at the end of Borgo vecchio and at the beginning of Politeama Square (right on the edge of the old centre). Borgovecchio is a working class neighborhood, while Politeama, is the more contemporary/high class neighborhood. Both areas are lively, especially during the weekends, so, if you are looking for a quiet place or if you are a light sleeper you might want to look elsewhere. However if you're hoping to be minutes from everything Palermo has to offer, then you've come to the right place :)

The entire apartment is for your sole exclusive use.
You will be greeted by my mother, she will show you the apartment (with the help of an english written guide) and give you the keys.
I'll be available in real time and during your stay with any further question you may have.

Please be aware once the booking is done through Housing Anywhere I will send you asap the contract.
The deposit needs to be paid either through Housing Anywhere
The price is for a maximum of 2 people. All utility costs must be paid using PayPal.
Smoking in the balcony only.
No visitors in the apartment.
No swimwear or nudity in the balcony
Turn off the lights and air conditioners when you are not in the apartment

Other things to note:
Electricity and water bills are estimated. This means that you will pay the amount indicated in the advertisement in advance, and then, as soon as the bill arrives (based on readings taken at both check-in and check-out), I will reimburse you if you have overpaid or vice versa, so that you pay only the actual costs of what you have used. All utilities, rent, and the security deposit must be paid before check-in.

A 90 fee is required for professional cleaning of the apartment at the en of your stay.
I reserve the right to request a refund in the following cases: missing items or damages in the apartment.
The same policy applies to stained towels and bed linens with stains that cannot be washed away or in the case the apartment is left excessively dirty.
The check-out time is at 10:00 on the day your reservation ends.
The apartment must be left in a respectable condition, the refrigerator empty, and the trash must be disposed of. You can leave only the last set of sheets and towels (you wouldn't have time to do laundry), the rest should be washed in the days before.
