This spacious and cozy four-room apartment is situated in the Salustiano neighborhood, which borders the historic center of Rome. Within a twenty-minute walk, guests can reach Via Veneto, Piazza Barberini, and Termini Central Station. The nearby Metro stations Castro Pretorio and Repubblica are also reachable within a twenty-minute walk.

Located on the first floor of a period building with an elevator, this 90 sqm apartment comprises a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Upon entering, a hallway leads to the living room and provides access to two of the three bedrooms.

The first bedroom, to the left of the living room, is furnished with a single bed and a pull-out single bed, along with a desk, wardrobe, children's table and chairs, and a wall-mounted television. The second bedroom, also on the left side, features a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables, and a spacious wardrobe. Both of these bedrooms overlook a neighboring garden.

The living room offers a dining area with a table and four chairs, as well as two sofas arranged around a TV area, complemented by a bookcase. A separate open environment leads from the living room to the kitchen, which is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, and all necessary crockery and cutlery for six people. Additionally, the kitchen includes a Nespresso machine and a toaster. A large balcony accessible from the kitchen houses the washing machine.

A corridor from the living room leads to the third bedroom and two bathrooms. The third bedroom, situated to the right of the corridor, features a single bed, wardrobe, and television. The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant, one towel and linen change per guest and final cleaning. Additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee.

Cleaning costs, both initial and final, are included in the rental price, and bills are covered up to 70,00.
