Situated on the second floor of a building in Vicolo de' Malespini, just behind Piazza della Signoria, this apartment enjoys a prime location surrounded by authentic Florentine ambiance. Guests will find themselves immersed in the city's most renowned area, brimming with charming stores, delightful restaurants, and numerous museums. Additionally, all the major monuments of Florence are just a 5-minute walk away.

The internal layout of the apartment reflects a blend of classic and modern styles, covering an area of 80 square meters (861 square feet). It has been tastefully renovated and features air conditioning for added comfort. The day area boasts a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table for 4-6 people, a black leather couch, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo hi-fi system. There are two bedrooms, one with a master bed and the other with two single beds, both accompanied by ensuite bathrooms with showers.

For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with independent heating and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay regardless of the weather outside.

In terms of pricing, utilities are included for stays up to 30 days, along with final cleaning, towels, sheets, condominium fees, and agency fees. However, the tourist tax of 4.00 per person per night (for those over the age of 12) is not included, nor are utilities for stays over 30 days if they exceed 70.00.

As for security deposit, guests staying up to 15 days are required to provide a 300.00 pre-authorization with a valid credit card 7 days before check-in. For stays between 16 and 30 days, a deposit of 1000.00 is required under the same conditions. Prepaid and/or debit cards are not accepted for deposits, and special conditions apply for rentals over 30 days.

The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant, one towel and linen change per guest and final cleaning. Additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee.
