Cosy three-room apartment in a characteristic building in the historic center of Genoa, in the old district of Portoria. The apartment is located on the sixth floor (without elevator) and consists of: entrance hall, living room with sofa bed and TV, full kitchen with dining area and terrace on Piazza de Ferrari. A double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The apartment is located in the heart of Genoa, 3 minutes walk from Piazza de Ferrari, in the old district of Portoria.
Piazza De Ferrari named after the Duke of Galliera Raffaele De Ferrari, is the main square of Genoa, the center of the modern city.

The nearest motorway exit is Genoa-Est on the A12 Motorway Genoa - Livorno, located in the Staglieno district, 5 km away.
Urban transport:
- Subway. The district is served by De Ferrari station of the Genoa metro, which was the terminus to the east until the opening of Brignole station in December 2012. There is also the structure of the Corvetto station, located between De Ferrari and Brignole stations and which was to be opened at the same time as the latter; however, some economic problems led the administrators to postpone the completion of the works and the subsequent opening to a date to be determined. At the moment (January 2022) the structure of the station is used as an air chamber for the line.
- Bus. Many AMT city bus lines stop at Piazza De Ferrari or cross the district, connecting it with Sampierdarena, the Levante, Val Bisagno and the hilly areas above.
Genoa Airport is 11 km from the apartment.

Monthly rates:
• 950,00€ for monthly rent;
• 200,00€ for building fees;
• 200,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas);
Total of monthly cost: 1.350,00€.

You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
• 950€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK);
• 200,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning;
• 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence.

Linen is not included.

Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send the landlord the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs not collected from Spacest.com (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.
