The living space features a standard sofa bed, perfect for lounging or accommodating additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, a dishwasher, an induction hob, a coffee machine, and a washer-dryer, providing everything you need for a convenient and comfortable stay. Complementing the accommodations are a smart TV and a spacious wardrobe with a built-in safe for your belongings.

Situated at the urban intersection of Corso del Popolo and Via Torino, our tower enjoys a prime location along the route connecting Piazzale Roma to the Mestre-Venice railway station, offering seamless access to the Venice lagoon via frequent transport services.

This iconic skyscraper rises 19 levels, standing tall at 81 meters, and embraces a hybrid concept, featuring communal areas interspersed with residential units. From the fourth to the eleventh floor, guests can indulge in accommodations with expansive panoramic windows, while the twelfth to sixteenth floors boast cantilevered terraces offering breathtaking views of the Mestre skyline and the Venice Lagoon. From 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM 30.00 additional charge payable in cash upon arrival.
After 12:00 AM - NO SHOW

Electronic keys for access will be provided during check-in.

We are obligated to collect personal data from all guests and share this information with local authorities.

We are required to collect tourist tax from guests according to municipal regulations if not paid via the portal:

GENERAL RULES

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment
Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed, even if they are not staying overnight, without prior authorization
All guests must adhere to good neighborly behavior and refrain from engaging in illegal activities
Keep noise levels to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM
Parties are not permitted
The renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent
Pets are not allowed
Photography or commercial filming in the property is prohibited
Kitchen grills are not to be used unless specified in the services offered
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property and agree to accept charges to the provided credit card for any damages incurred during the stay. Please inform us immediately of any damage or issues so we can address them promptly
In case of spills or difficult-to-clean messes, please contact us immediately!
Violation of these rules may result in a penalty of up to 200.00 euros.
Breaking windows and/or glass may result in a fine exceeding 1000.00 euros.

The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant, one towel and linen change per guest and final cleaning. Additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee.
