Piedmontese Langhe, the house is in the land registry in the municipality of Dego but is wedged in the Uzzone Valley in the heart of the Piedmontese Langhe, 15 minutes from Cortemilia, a UNESCO area for vineyards and hazelnut groves, and 40 minutes from Alba, the center of the Langhe and the city that symbolizes great wines Piedmontese reds. The sea can be reached in 40 minutes and the ski slopes in 60. The house is located in the context of a well-inhabited hamlet reachable by paved road and all services are just over a kilometer away in Scaletta Uzzone.
