Piedmontese Langhe, the land registry house is in the municipality of Dego but is wedged in the Uzzone Valley in the heart of the Piedmontese Langhe, 15 minutes from Cortemilia which is a UNESCO area for vineyards and hazelnut groves, and 40 minutes from Alba, the center of the Langhe and the city symbol of great Piedmontese red wines. The sea can be reached in 40 minutes and the ski slopes in 60. The house is located on the edge of a well-inhabited hamlet reachable by paved road and all services are just over a kilometer away in Scaletta Uzzone. Therefore ideal for tranquility but very convenient for shops, restaurants, etc. The property includes buildings and land merged with the house.
