Sale of a stunning Majella stone house in the historic centre of the medieval hamlet of Sant’Eufemia a Majella, a wonderful hamlet tucked in the wild nature of Abruzzo, where the kids still play on the road. At a few km from the building there are the ski slopes of Passo San Leonardo, the enchanted village of Roccacaramanico, that stayed uninhabited for decades and now knowingly reclaimed, and Caramanico Terme, the most important spa village of the center of Italy where it is possible to take care of one's own health and wellness. With one house there is Pescara, lively sea town and with two and a half hour there is Rome. The closest train station is in Scafa, approximately half an hour by cas as well as the Parchi tollbooth.
