Accessibility takes place directly from via Guidino and via Giacomo Matteotti: the area is flat, not cultivated, laid out as uncultivated greenery with the presence of trees and hedges.
The lot has no fences on the portions bordering the public road and is crossed from overhead power lines.

According to the PGT the land in question (which does not fall within the areas subject to the Service Plan) is classified in part (approximately 40%) as agricultural areas of environmental value, in part (approximately 55%) as “Agricultural protection areas”; partly (about 5%) as "Agricultural areas of environmental landscape value - roads"

It should be noted that the land has agricultural use and is subject to agricultural pre-emption pursuant to Laws no. 590 of 1965 and n. 817 of 1971.
