The ancient Aosta Valley residence "Village Pont-Sec" stands immersed in a "historic monument" wood of centuries-old ash and larch trees in the Gressoney valley. The conservative restoration intervention has maintained the characteristics of the typical Gressonari artifacts of the area and of the time, such as the wooden or stone balconies, the iron and wood balustrades. All the apartments can make use of a relaxation area/children's playroom on the ground floor of the main building, with a splendid view of the upper valley and a large green area facing it. Furthermore, for sports enthusiasts there are two shared rooms in the basement used as ski and bicycle storage. All the apartments have been finished with wooden flooring, brushed oak essence, hand planed, the external and internal doors and windows were made by local craftsmen in lamellar fir and each accommodation is equipped with a flue for stove or fireplace preparation. The apartment overlooks the stone part of the building and is located on the ground floor. It is composed of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom. A second hallway leads to the second service and to another hobby room facing upstream at the rear. Combined with the property, an appurtenant uncovered parking space.
