The "Esperti Immobiliari" offers for sale a particular contemporary housing solution, inside the old Feyles mill. Historically, the Feyles mill, or Martinetto mill, is one of the first examples of industrial archeology in the city of Turin. The building rests its foundations on an old mill, already present in the 16th century, fed by the Canale dei Molassi, traced for the first time in a plan of 1781.
The current facade was designed in 1877 and the renovation saw the incorporation into a single building of the Cuoificio Laurenti with an old silk spinning mill. In 1892 the complex was bought by Martino Feyles who, six years later, enriched it with an additional floor and in 1903 with two storage silos. The mill's production activity ended around 1960.
The building specifically re-proposes numerous details from the industrial era both of a structural and aesthetic nature.
The contemporaneity and the possibility of living in large living spaces, a continuous game of unevenness makes the usability of the almost 400 square meters of space unique, practical and functional.
The property is characterized by a hall of about 100 square meters, a large eat-in kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 cellars and various hallway areas, utility rooms and study areas.
Suitable for large families, with the need to enjoy large independent spaces.
The building has undergone a conservative restoration in the common areas
