Cabin via Scaletto, Cernobbio

CERNOBBIO: We are at an altitude of 800 meters, surrounded by over 2500 square meters of land planted with beautiful centuries-old chestnut trees, immersed in absolute silence and in total privacy, we offer a characteristic, completely independent renovated hut.

During the renovation, the roof and the bathrooms, terracotta flooring on the ground floor, laminated parquet in the bedroom, stone fireplace, stove and hob with convenient gas cylinder for cooking.

With no electricity and no connection to the municipal aqueduct, there a new 2,000-litre tank already installed for the recovery of rainwater and never used, must be connected (connections already present), an electric pump must be installed in order to use the water.
However, the photovoltaic panel is missing (the one present is old and inefficient).

Only 400 meters on foot from the house there is the fantastic Belvedere overlooking the entire first basin of Lake Como (see photo). It can be reached by car via an agro-forestry-pastoral road closed with a barrier, which can only be accessed by the owners of the huts and land.
There is also the possibility of buying other plots of wood near the hut.
