The farmhouse is divided into two family units; It was built in 1900, is located in a peripheral area and is in its original condition with the exception of the first floor which was completed in around 1940. The first housing unit is divided into two floors: on the ground floor there is an eat-in kitchen , a clearing room and a warehouse of approximately 40 m2. The upper floor can be reached via an external staircase and access to the house is via a gallery. The first floor consists of an entrance to the eat-in kitchen with bathroom with window. The kitchen is connected to the living room and, consequently, the latter allows access to the two bedrooms.
A canopy completes the size of this floor.
The second housing unit is also divided into two floors: the The land consists of a large dining room with eat-in kitchen and a bathroom. The cellar and a room for local storage complete the floor. Using the internal staircase it is possible to reach the upper floor. A hallway leads to the two bedrooms, both with exit to the balcony. Both solutions enjoy a large outdoor area: the front part has a floor area of approximately 1,200 m2, while the part at the back is 11,430 m2.
