The real estate compendium in question, registered in the New Urban Building Cadastre of the municipality of Assisi (PG) on sheet n°162 part n°283 sub 10, deriving from the union of the original sub 8 and sub 9 as reported in the previous pages of this expert report, is distributed over two floors, one of which is partially underground and one completely above ground.

Access to the ground floor it takes place via a short staircase, built on the south-east elevation of the building, which leads into a covered atrium, delimited by reinforced concrete columns; once you have crossed the aforementioned covered passage in its entire length you reach the entrance door, represented by a frame with two symmetrical doors in aluminum and glass, which leads into a large and bright room intended for the land registry as a restaurant room. From this room you can access the kitchen, located on the north-west and south-west sides of the building, which is spread over several rooms in addition to the pantry and further rooms ancillary to the catering business, positioned on the south-west side of the building, at a lower altitude than the restaurant.
