Dairy farm Canton Clare 49, Rivarolo Canavese

Five minutes from the city and the railway station that connects Rivarolo with the centre of Turin (Porta Susa), we propose an interesting 'courtyard' building known as 'Cascina Marescialla'.

Renovation work must be compatible with the building's typological characteristics. The new 'building tax bonuses' (ecobonus, sismabonus, etc.) make the renovation of existing buildings worthwhile.
