In the nearby hamlet, convenient to the town center, we offer a large renovated rustic house. The house is a beautiful portion of a rustic building spread over two levels on the first and second floors: a marble staircase leads to the very large living area consisting of kitchen, dining room and living room with direct access to a small garden, very intimate and reserved, ideal for eating outside with excellent privacy. On the same floor we find a comfortable bathroom and a study with fireplace, also with exit to the garden, which can also be used as a bedroom if necessary. On the second floor there is a double bedroom with a balcony with a panoramic view of the woods and the valley that surround the property to the north-east, two other double bedrooms, one with a walk-in closet and the other with direct access to a terrace/solarium with a panoramic view on the surrounding roofs and on the Rivoli valley. Also on the floor we find a bathroom with shower. The cottage has excellent finishes with exposed beams, wooden and terracotta floors. In the living area we find a majolica stube.
The ground floor is divided into a series of service rooms such as: garage with adjoining cellar and three other storage rooms. The rear part is occupied by a small but suggestive valley, where among the various trees that shade it we find the original stream that fed the mill.
