1. The village of Apricale
Apricale is located in the green 'Ligurian Alps', on the border with the Riviera dei Fiori and close to the French Riviera. Around you you will find idyllic places such as Dolceacqua, Isolabona, Perinaldo, Pigna and the tiny state of Seborga. The area is popular with walkers and cyclists. The coast is easily accessible by car: Ventimiglia 15 km, Bordighera 17 km, Sanremo 28 km and Monaco 38 km. The village is built on a mountain slope (291 meters above sea level) and is surrounded by nature and olive groves . The medieval village of around 600 inhabitants has characteristic streets. The town hall, post office, an ATM and 2 (café) restaurants with terraces are located on the pleasant village square. Slightly higher up is the castle with temporary exhibitions and a Theater Gallery which annually organizes well-attended theater shows in the town. The house is located in Via San Bartolomeo at number 7, about 30 meters from the town square. It is an authentic building constructed of rough stone. The house has been renovated and has a large lounge, a living room/kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. From the entrance door a 7-step stone staircase leads to the living room where all the rooms open. The living room/kitchen is equipped with French windows, TV connection and sofa bed for overnight stays. The bedroom also has French doors and a queen bed. There is sufficient storage space in the hall. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, large shower, washing machine connection and ventilation to the outside. From the house you have a broad view of part of the town, the valley, the hills and the nearby town of Isolabona in the distance. 3. Accessibility
