Farmhouse via Roma, Penango

Penango, a municipality located a few kilometers away from the city of Moncalvo and the provincial capital, Asti. The property, an ancient farmhouse dating back to the end of the 1500s, of noble origins, stands in a hilly position, with a wide view towards the surrounding hills, and surrounded by its own land of about 10,000 square metres. It is arranged over three levels, with ancient cellars in the basement. The interiors retain all the original materials, such as the Piedmontese terracotta floors, the vaulted ceilings, of which it is possible to recover the frescoes and the stone stairs. It therefore lends itself to a conservative renovation, to bring the original finishes back to light. The roof has undergone a complete renovation.
