SYRACUSE,: COZZO PANTANO area, a small limestone hill elongated in an east-west direction near the source of the Ciane river which stands in the middle of an alluvial plain very rich in marshes. The land is in fact sprinkled with a lot of ceramics and tiles as historians testify: for SALE a land of almost 4 thousand square meters, located in the Neapolitan area of the PANTANO district in the territory of SYRACUSE, where several rural buildings are located: the first rural building consisting of three rooms and storage room, with adjoining land detachment covering approximately 219 square meters. The second rural building consisting of a single large room used as a sheep shelter and chicken coop with adjoining land detachment covering approximately 264sqm. The third rural building also it consists of three rooms and a storage room, with an adjoining detachment of land covering approximately 1,262m2, and finally the fourth rural building consisting of a room used as a stable with an adjoining detachment of land extending for approximately 2,011m2.
