In the picturesque Palanca, a few steps from the pier, immersed in the peace and tranquility that this area enjoys, we cross the greenery of the public gardens towards this delightful property. A modern gate, in an intimate but large bright and tiled courtyard, arouses our curiosity and invites us to enter. Crossing the entrance threshold, we find in front of us a door that opens onto a generously sized warehouse. On the side, modern stairs with LEDs lead us up, towards the first floor, where the large open space area welcomes us and amazes us with its brightness and the beauty of the white beams that frame it. On one side the living room, on the other a dining area and a modern kitchen, all bathed in light from the windows, with open views over the area. Proceeding towards the sleeping area we find a bathroom and a bedroom with two beds, finally the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Returning to the living area, we are struck by the glass gallery that stands out in the middle of the open space: we decide to reach it via the stairs! Once in the attic we find a small closet and then the scenic walkway that leads to the last room of the house, a wonderful corner of intimacy, framed by beams and bright windows. Outgoing, we report a very eloquent shooting and the impression that this is a unique property of its kind. from the independence it enjoys, to the external court; from the typical beams, to the luminosity of the windows; all set in the tranquility and authenticity of the Giudecca, and close to all the amenities that the Palanca has to offer.
