We called this villa "Space!"

"It's not that we live because we built. But we build and have built because we live". The real luxury is the space

The construction dates back to 1991 and is in perfect condition; it is modern but fortunately not current. In fact, the latest buildings in this category, due to the cost of materials and labor, can no longer afford the luxury of such large spaces. "Dwelling appears to us in all its breadth when we think that the being of man resides in dwelling, understood as the sojourn of mortals on earth." It still reminds us of Heidegger!
