Independent log cabin on two levels at Alpe PLE', with adjacent lawn and woodland. Includes cellar, kitchen-living room and small external service on the ground floor, with paved courtyard, two bedrooms on the first floor with balcony. The hut is served by an aqueduct while electricity needs to be connected. It requires some building works (demolition of the irregular body of the external bathroom and arrangement of the balcony) and the construction of a bathroom. In particular, the replacement of the sheet metal roof is planned so as to gain and expand the entire volume of the attic.
The works can be designed and coordinated through the Agency. It can be reached by car on the asphalted consortium road that branches off in loc. Maulone from the Varzo - San Domenico provincial road, with a final stretch on a dirt road (preferably off-road).--2a66a1a695aea7e1db99991e427c3cd2!
