Farmhouse Strada Provinciale di Marsciano, Marsciano

This beautiful farmhouse dating back to 1882 of about 375 sq. m consists of a main building on 3 floors and an adjoining apartment with its own entrance. It was completely renovated in 2017. The entrance to the main building leads us via an interior staircase to the first floor. Here we find a dining room with lounge and 2 original fireplaces, a fully equipped kitchen, a suite with spacious bathroom (walk-in shower) and a double bedroom also with en-suite bathroom. The dining room has a balcony and from the living room there is access to a panoramic terrace (35 sq. m) which is lovely from spring to autumn. A spiral staircase leads to the garden.
