Castell'Alfero, a hamlet located on the border with the provincial capital, Asti. Access to the property is via the automatic gate, which leaves room for the large private garden, which develops with the land owned in a single body of about 4,000 square meters. The house retains all the characteristics and charm of the ancient farmsteads of the Monferrato village. The renovation and constant maintenance over the years have allowed it to have an excellent state of conservation. The entrance is on the hallway, with a classic front staircase leading to the first floor. On the ground floor we find the living area, consisting of a kitchen embellished with a fireplace, utility room, hallway and dining room. The bathroom is a good size. Upstairs we find the sleeping area, consisting of three bedrooms, two of which are paved in original terracotta, and one with access to the balcony overlooking the greenery. In the basement is the cellar, which retains the original architecture. In a detached body we find the cottage on two levels, usable on the ground floor as a garage. A shed has recently been built, allowing it to be used for dining in the summer months. The land is flat and well usable, and has a source of water.
