Overlooking the common square of the beautiful village in the Specchia district, in the Cisternino area, is this old farmhouse that has been completely renovated and currently used as a private home and b&b which thanks to its position enjoys a fantastic sea view.

The structure is spread over two floors and is divided into a large private house and two mini-apartments, plus a plot of land measuring around 2500 m2 which covers two sides of the same.

Access to the property is from the village square, generally used as a car park, the The entrance is free without fences or gates also because the life of the house takes place on the side opposite the entrance, on the pertinent land which enjoys excellent privacy and is perfectly isolated from prying eyes; the main structure has three entrances, one which leads directly to the kitchen and two which lead to the large living/dining room; the kitchen has a large storage room and is embellished with a beautiful fireplace, the kitchen leads directly to the large living/dining room, overlooked by a large living room (currently equipped as a rehearsal room), the corridor leading to two other rooms and to the bathroom and to the staircase that will lead to another room with bathroom on the first floor and to the large terrace overlooking the whole Itria valley and sea view.

The entire structure is heated with a system connected both to the pellet stove and to the gas boiler (it is possible to change the power supply to the system simply by pushing a button), it is connected to the public water mains for the house while for the garden and external uses there is a large cistern which is filled with rainwater that arrives from the terrace but which is also connected to the aqueduct in order to be able to fill it in the period summery. Hot water is produced with three solar panels placed on the turret of the stairs with a 300 liter boiler. Both the two apartments and the living/dining room of the main house are equipped with hot/cold air conditioners despite being connected to the heating system.
