in the heart of the lands of Matilde di Canossa.

dating back to around 1700/1800. completely renovated in 2005. After taking a short descent from the main road, you arrive at a staircase where an external courtyard on its left shows part of the property. This area has been left partly as grass and partly as a stone floor . Nearby, a persimmon tree offers pleasant shade during the hot summer months. There is space to park two cars. A fenced underlying vegetable garden of approx. 100 square meters guarantees the needs of a family of four. Adjacent to the garden there is another piece of land belonging to the same property planted with two black cherry trees, one apple tree, two pear trees and two plum trees. The whole land of the property is fenced.
Going up the external staircase, you go along a loggia up to the main entrance. Upon entering you notice a small living room with exposed beam and a ceramic wood stove, followed by a bathroom and anteroom. The eat-in kitchen is spacious and lit by two windows. A very efficient thermo fireplace heats the whole house both in mid-season and above all in winter.
Still in the kitchen, hidden by a door, a spiral staircase leads to the first bedroom with double bed upstairs. Adjacent to a second bedroom with two beds, followed by another bathroom illuminated by a skylight. The third bedroom with double bed is illuminated by another skylight and thanks to a thick shatterproof glass inserted in the floor it also brings light to the entrance lounge below. The three bedrooms in line are independent with regard to services, in fact a second very bright staircase day accessible from the living room connects these to the upper floor and at the same time to the cellars below. Light, air, color are three elements that characterize this house. One of the two cellars has a second door that overlooks the external courtyard, between the two there is a laundry room with sink and washing machine.
