Logistics development project in Stezzano (BG)

New logistic development in Stezzano (BG) in a highly visible position on the A4 thanks to the motorway frontage over 200 meters long, in the heart of one of the most urbanized areas of the country.
The Dalmine toll booth is only 1.7 km away, while the city of Bergamo is 6.9 km away.
Bergamo Orio al Serio airport can be reached in 10 minutes.

The project involves the construction of a production/logistics building of approximately 34,333 m2, with a height under the beam of 13.7 m and a floor capacity of 7 t/m2.
The warehouse will be equipped with 27 loading bays and accompanied by 5,490 m2 of offices, 132 parking spaces for cars and 8 parking lots for trucks.

The intervention pays particular attention to the design of green areas (about 20,000 m2) and common areas, in order to obtain the LEED Platinum sustainability certification.
There will also be battery charger rooms, a reservoir and an ESFR-NFPA sprinkler fire system.
