Farmhouse San Bernardo, Lavagnola, Santuario, Montemoro, Savona

Savona, in the greenery of the first Ligurian hinterland, behind the coast which is about 15 km away, in lush nature, a large farmhouse made up of several buildings and with over 15 hectares of land.
Access by dirt road in the last 200 meters, flat and easily passable. The building complex consists of 3 independent buildings.
The first building we find is the main housing body.
On the first floor, arriving from the street, a first small apartment comprising entrance to eat-in kitchen, 2 modest-sized bedrooms (obtained from what used to be a single room) and a bathroom. Still on the first floor of the same building, another apartment comprising entrance to living room with kitchen, 2 other larger bedrooms and bathroom.
In the basement we find what could be a tavern which leads to a local workshop.

Another large building as a former stable and barn, of about 70/80 square meters per floor.
Small warehouse storage.
Spring water which has always been abundant, electricity, cesspit, heating with wood stoves.
Structures dated but in good general condition. Mixed finishes from the 60s and 80s with ceramic flooring, single glazed wooden windows, systems dating back to the time of the renovations.
